A nuke has been launched, with its target set on some nation's capital. It just exited the silo with all it's guards saluting the leave. However one isn't as interested in that as he notices a cyborg bolting towards the rocket with a c4.
Inspired kinda from the beginning mission in Saints Row 4, you know, nuke single-handedly taking down.
